Butterfly Lullaby

Hei,

When one is alone with her piano…some things can become understood at once. To be honest, I did not plan to share the song, but something inside me thought differently. Maybe it just had to be like that….

But yep, here it is for you too now with love:)

Lyrics

                Butterfly Lullaby

One heart was made of million butterflies

That carried all  her  fears away that night

When storm was singing nightmare lullabies

And ferries lost their house of light,

And ferries lost their house of light

She just saw butterflies that night…

One heart was made of million butterflies

That carried all her dreams away that night

Into their house that no one else couldn find

Although they tried, they tried, they tried

Just one saw butterflies that night…

Good night my world, let me go

With the only one I know

Your butterflies are like rainbows

You can`t hold them, just follow

In the morning have to go

One broken wing on my pillow

One heart was made of million butterflies

That carried all her tears away that night

But touched by little sparkles in her eyes

Got burned, turned million fireflies

Got burned by sparkles in her eyes

And became million fireflies

Good night my friend, I`ve made you grow

Fears don`t hold you, I wished you so

We, butterflies, are like rainbows

You can`t hold us, just follow

And through the dark night you have flown

Seen my house in the blue cocoon

But it was all one nigh ago,

it was all one night ago

Good night my world, let me go

With the only one I know

Whose  butterflies are like rainbows

I can`t hold them, just follow

Bye, bye, my friend let it go

I`ll be the only one you` ve known

We, butterflies, are like rainbows

You can`t hold us, just follow

Until  you see through falling snow

One broken wing on your pillow

Until  I see through falling snow

One broken wing on my pillow…
